Please note that when you complete an order, we will always send you an e-proof. You will receive images of exactly how your wedding invitations will look like like. It is up to you to then approve it. If you do not approve of it, we will do our best to change it the way you want. If you are still not satisfied with the e-proofs, we will refund you the entire amount paid.
With the e-proof system, you will need to sign off on the final design before we start printing all of the invitations. It is very unlikely that the invitations will look different than what was shown to you. Since orders are customized, we cannot issue refunds after we print all of your invitations.
