Invitation Information

HOW MUCH DO INVITATIONS COST?
Each invitation is priced differently. The prices you see listed are per card. For example, ordering between 50 to 99 cards may cost $3.10 for each card while ordering between 500 to 999 cards may cost $2.10. The more you order, the larger the discount you get per card.
HOW MUCH DO COLORS COST?
Some wedding invitations have free colors while other colors have a fee. This is a flat fee that is added to the subtotal. The fee is only added once to the subtotal and is NOT for each card. NOTE: Regardless of how much a color costs, this fee is automatically waived when ordering 200 or more cards.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SAMPLES?
Yes! On the order page, simply click on the "Free Sample" button to order a sample. Samples are very cheap and allow you to get a better look before placing a real order. NOTE: Although the samples are free, there is still a shipping fee that the customer must pay.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Invitations are shipped out via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once shipped, we will have a tracking number from one of the carriers that you may use to track your order. Once shippd, you should receive your order within 5 business days. NOTE: Due to COVID-19, shipping may take logner

I SUBMITTED MY ORDER, NOW WHAT?
We will review your details and any special requirements you may have. Within a few business days, we will provide you with e-proofs. You will be given photos will show you exactly what your wedding invitations will look like. If you approve it, we will begin making the producing the invitations and have them shipped to you when completed. If you do not approve of it, we will make the necessary changes and show you another e-proof that you can approve until we get it right. Customers are usually satisfied within the first time.
CAN I HAVE EXTRA INFORMATION ADDED TO MY INVITATIONS?
Yes. It is important that your invitations are exactly the way you want them. Simply describe any information or changes you would like and we will do our best to accomidate you.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY INVITATIONS?
We recommend ordering your wedding invitations at least a few months before to ensure that everything can be completed on time. Please note that we usually have a lot of orders to process during peak wedding season. The peak season is February to July while the normal season is from August to January. During peak season, it is especially important you order your invitations on time.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?
Unfortunately we do not have a rush shipping option. If rush shipping is requested, we will do our best to to expediate the production of the e-proof and all cards once you accept the e-proof.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER). All card payments are handled by Stripe Inc. Additionally, you may pay via PayPal; this includes paying via PayPal balance or cards linked to your Paypal.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
If we have processed a refund for you, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the money to show up back to your card, though it is typically quicker than that. Please note that refunds can take longer during weekends or holidays.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is free for wedding invitation orders. Please note that there may be a small shipping charge for sample orders.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please use a home or business address.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us immediately and we will get the address information corrected.
WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
This depends on the carrier. Some carriers may require a signature while others will not.
IS THERE A WAY TO KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
When viewing your order, you may opt-in to receive text messages relating to your order. If this option is enabled, we will automatically send you text messages for updates such as your order being shipped or e-proofs being ready to view.
